Lehi is not just a service area for Gunthers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical. It is where this company started. In 1896, Carl Gunther emigrated from Germany after completing a four-year apprenticeship in the metalworking trade. Around 1910, he bought a small farm in Lehi and opened a sheet metal shop near his home. His son Orville later renamed it the Lehi Sheet Metal Shop, and that shop grew into the business serving your home today.

More than a century later, we are the oldest operating heating and air conditioning business in Utah County, still family-run and still working in the city where Carl opened his doors.
